Trust & compliance
Every signed document is cryptographically verifiable, legally enforceable, and yours forever.
Every action — create, view, sign, decline — is hashed with SHA-256 and chained to the previous event. A single byte changed anywhere in the trail breaks the chain. Anyone can verify a finished document at seamlessesign.co/verify.
Signers see clear intent-to-sign language, consent to electronic records, and receive a Certificate of Completion (PDF) with timestamps, IP addresses, and document hashes embedded.
Built to be friendly to eIDAS (EU), the UK Electronic Communications Act, Canada's PIPEDA, and Australia's ETA. We treat your data with the same standard regardless of region.
TLS 1.2+ everywhere. Documents and signature images live in private object storage and are only ever served through short-lived signed URLs.
Your workspace's keys are hashed at rest. Webhook deliveries are HMAC-SHA256 signed with the X-Seamless-Signature header so you can verify every event.
Export the original PDF, the signed final, the Certificate of Completion, and the full audit JSON at any time. No lock-in, no per-export fees.
Yes — in the US under the ESIGN Act and UETA, in the EU under eIDAS (as a simple electronic signature), in the UK under the Electronic Communications Act, in Canada under PIPEDA, and in Australia under the ETA. We capture intent, consent, identity, and a tamper-evident audit trail on every signature.
Documents and signature images live in private, encrypted object storage. They are only ever served through short-lived signed URLs scoped to the recipient or workspace owner. We do not sell, share, or train on your data.
Yes. Every completed envelope has a public verification page at seamlessesign.co/verify/{id} that re-computes the SHA-256 hash chain and shows the audit trail. If a single byte was altered after signing, verification will fail.
You can export the original PDF, the final signed PDF, the Certificate of Completion, and the full audit JSON at any time. We hold completed envelopes for 7 years by default; you can change retention in Settings.
Yes. Set your logo, accent color, and support email in Settings → Branding. The signer email, signing page, and Certificate of Completion all use your brand.
