Seamless E Sign LLC wants you to feel confident purchasing credits and plans for Seamless E-Sign. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit pack purchases.

Eligibility

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Unused credits from a refunded purchase will be removed from your workspace balance.

How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@seamlessesign.co with your order number and we will work with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
